Duo Normand

If you've always dreamed of racing the pros on roads around France with a following car read on...

For the last few years TA has taken teams across to France to take part in The Duo Normand; a 53km two-up timetrial around Marigny in Normandy. The Duo has been run 28 times and attracts professional and amateur riders with over 300 teams taking part. It is run on quiet roads through some amazing countryside and you can even have a following car with your name plate on it. As professionals also ride the event, you can really get a sense of competing against those you’ve been watching in the Tour.

Although we haven't yet won any of the categories, we have all come away with creditable times, and plenty of good memories. The table below shows the times we have managed and the position in our relevant categories. We also have taken a rather large number of photgraphs, the first of which can be seen in the Duo 08 photo library on the images page.
